What is included?
All the boats are pre-inspected to make sure that they are clean, serviceable, safe, and "turn-key". We will give you a full operators briefing including a chart of Higgins Lake & all known hazzards, how to operate the equipment safely, popular swim areas of the lake, & fishing advice if needed.
Your rental boat is additonally inspected when you are taken to your boat. All life vests for your party are provided in adult, youth, & infant sizes as applicable.
The boats leave with full fuel tanks & oil, but you aree required to pay for the useage when you return- included in the quoted fuel price is the oil useages & fuel handling.
We have our own mooring points for our rental boats & our customers in front of the Park store. As a paid customer of our rental boats, you can come and go, stop in for lunch or park at any of the mooring points anytime. We work with the Marine Patrol to keep a lane open on busy boating traffic days so that you can arrive & depart with ease.
Currently, we don't have a dock in place- but if you have a large group, or alot of gear, we will drive your rental boat to the boat-launch area for loading before you depart.
